Make a healthy dessert! Challenge of week four: once again I love this challenge and more because cooking is my passion and if it is healthy things better. As the title of my challenge says, eating is a necessity, but eating healthy is an art and we do not need to be on a diet and eat unpleasant tastes, it is healthy eating with exquisite flavors, vegan food is quality food, it is our meals a habit of healthy eating and without restrictions of desserts because there are very healthy and tasty desserts, today I bring you one that is super rich and I hope everyone can try it.

🍕 SWEET FITNESS PIZZA 🍕

It is a delicious pizza very healthy that is prepared with oatmeal yogurt and fruits of your choice.

Why did I decide to make a dessert with these ingredients?

Because they are naturally healthy products that provide health benefits, oats reduce caloric intake, improve digestion, lower cholesterol and triglycerides, yogurt stabilizes the flora of the intestine and microorganisms of the digestive system preventing the development of harmful bacteria in the intestine and fruits because it has a satiating effect, prevent heart attacks and many diseases in short are a wonder that nature gives us and we should always take advantage of.

Recipe:

We need a large cup of oat flakes (processed to obtain oatmeal powder), two tablespoons of honey, cinnamon powder, vanilla, an egg, two tablespoons of coconut oil, half a cup of milk, natural yogurt and fruits of your preference

Preparation, put in a bowl all the ingredients except milk and mix well, the milk is added little by little according to the amount required by the mixture until a smooth and manageable dough to extend the pizza. Place it on a pizza tray or alternatively in a waxed paper tortero or a little oil and sprinkle with wheat flour so that it does not stick, take it to the oven for 10 minutes at 250 degrees, when it is golden like a The cookie is taken out of the oven and it is left to rest and then the natural yogurt is put on top of it and on this the fruits of your preference. In my case, use milky, banana, melon, peach and a bit of bitter chocolat to decorate.

We must eat healthy and be able to live to tell and teach others to eat in the same way without losing the rich things of a good meal.
