Dtube VloG: Week Five of the Six Week Health Challenge: KEEP FIT & ACTIVE: Go With The Flow (DE/EN)
Music does not need language of words for it has movements of dance to do its translation.

Breath
Pranayama (Sanskrit, प्राणायाम, prāṇāyāma) is the fourth limb of Raja Yoga (or Ashtanga Yoga or Kriya Yoga) to the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, and famous for the merging of body and mind through breathing exercises.
The other seven ways or parts of Raja Yoga are Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana and Samadhi.
Anordnung an Bewegungen

Go with the Flow
Vinyāsa (vinyasa, Sanskrit विन्यास sitting down, creating, attaching, applying, position, location, arrangement, facility.)*
Vinyasa is a Sanskrit word and often used in reference to certain styles of yoga. "Nyasa" means "put, place, set" and "vi" means "in a certain way". Like many Sanskrit words, vinyasa also has many different meanings.
Vinyasa describes a flowing, dynamic form of yoga, which is connected with the breathing or pranayama. Mudras and Asanas are linked here.
This process carries the power of the mind with the body-mind of the aspirant. There's no value judgment between the importance or the emergence of an Asana or the transition of an Asana in the other.

Beautiful post :) I wonder if this yoga type of exercise is better? Or intense interval training is better?
@watermelonprince this style is a more active style. mostly people from other strong sports come to jivamukti...foodball, dancers, freerunners, capoeiristas....
but the deep meaning gets lost...such an active yoga is good for lazy people and active people need more meditation and less movements.
to bring yourself in balance you need to know what you need ;-)
god thanks i have a lot of yoga and sport skills :-D
and its also a great combo to practice an active flow and meditate after the same time :--)))
i hope this feedback will give you the answer you was looking for :-*
hugs
