If you provided a number when you opened a Google Account, that number will be needed to recover the Google Account. If you do not have that SIM card, then you need to biometrically pick up your SIM from the nearest agent. And if the SIM is not registered in your name. If there is, then take the SIM with the person in whose name the SIM is registered. If this is a very important issue for you, then you have to work hard. Without a SIM number you will never be able to recover your Google Account password if you forget it and you will not be able to see the password of your Google Account.
