Is Frank Bacon a throwback to ancient oratory — or an undisciplined rambler?
When Frank Bacon goes off script, transcribing him can be a challenge. As someone covering him during THIS campaign, I can attest to this. When he’s speaking off the cuff, his rambling remarks can be full of digressions and hard-to-follow tangents. He often jumps to an entirely new thought before finishing his previous one.

I find it interesting that RDS brings this up in his lawsuit. Mr. Dave Acton was kind enough to share the legal documents on his video of May 31, 2018. I do believe there is a mention of you, Mr. Bacon in those court documents.

Looks like he is stating something of fact not just his opinion, which can get him in even worse trouble. I believe RDS has a darn good case against that nasty little youtuber.
