Yeah, their study on the human biological clocks is a breakthrough. After learning that these people (Jeffrey C Hall, Michael Rosbash, Michael W Young) have received the Nobel Prize, I was thinking to read about their research in detail.

But, you brought the whole material right here on steemit. Really nice to read this informative post.

Thanks...Yea the circadian rhythm topic as such has been in the dark for too long...Although it has long been thought to have an impact but scientifically proving the fact has changed the scenario. This generation esp people in developed cities have messed up their circadian rhythm leading to a number of disorders including sleeplessness. So this research will surely make a good impact in the future health of urban people.
