Curiosity #5 Do Black Holes ever die?
Hey there, welcome to our curious article series.
Do Black hole ever dies?
Water left out in the sun evaporates, gasoline evaporates and black holes? yup they do too.
I thinks now most of us have a pretty good idea what a black hole is. Basically Black holes are the regions in the space where matter are so dense that gravity becomes so strong that even light cannot escape and laws of physics no longer apply. They are made of two things a dense singularity and a event horizon. Event horizon is the point of no return where gravity gets so high that nothing escapes. We will never know what lies between event horizon and the singularity as no information can escape the event horizon.
However in recent decades, the physicists have been debating that the information can escape form the black hole via something called "Hawking Radiation". Stephen Hawking started playing with this idea in 1970s. He came to the conclusion that not only the information escapes the black hole, it can also carry the mass away. So black holes that are not gaining mass will eventually lose mass and disappear or it evaporates.
Conclusion
Black Holes are not the permanent features in the cosmos. Because if they are not sucking in matter they slowly evaporate and disappear.

I am a research scientist and this theory is changing. We are in an electromagnetic universe. Different physics apply than what was taught under the quantum particle transverse. Just a thought
