Baloney Detection - Part 6 [Video]

This is my sixth video in the baloney detection series. Here I'm discussing question 10, the last question from the baloney detection kit of Carl Sagan and Michael Shermer.

I talk about herd mentality, cognitive dissonance and the confirmation bias. I also mention about one of our best ways to understand the world, that is through the scientific method.

The purpose of this series is to help people detect pseudoscience, deceptive intentions, and become better thinkers.
