Phishing Scam Site (WARNING): www.steemitfollowup.cf
I got a comment for "free upvotes" from a scam phishing site. Beware.
If you put in your Steem username and password into just any site online, you may end up having your account compromised and possibly have SBD or STEEM transfered out. Make sure to know where you are logging into. Do some research before just handing over your user/pass to some site you clicked on.
There are probably multiple accounts using this phishing spam scam. The one who commented on my posts is @nirayma. I flagged them twice and took their account down 11 rep levels (currently at 8).
They are also resteeming posts from the account @ai94, which is likely another of their accounts that is posting crap.
The website looks like this, in case you end up on another site other than the ".cf" top-level domain.
You won't get anything but pain and suffering by logging into this site :/ Just get out of there.

these are good to know .. more than all for the new ones who try to get referrals and fall into the wrong hands, and the little money they earn is swindled by a person who likes easy money .. because in this world there are so many scammers ..

Thanks :) Just to keep people aware is good. It's like emails where people are told they need to log into their bank account but it's not even the bank site :/ Some people don't know how these tricks work.

Thanks for the heads up. I get tired of these games. I was scammed weeks ago and so were others. This is what goes down in a decentralized platform. I wish the witneses we vote for could do something. Thanks @krnel
Yeah, it gets slippery... if you implement a feature to block posting... so as to allow the wallet account to remain active... maybe it could be abused too, and someone like me or you could get blocked from posting
Just never click in any links posted by robots or in memes as there's indeed a lot of scam attempts going on. Where is money there are thieves!

One will wonder why can't they use their talent and join utopia and help make steemit better. They prefer stealing from people. I saw the spammer post, he is currently on rep 5
