Well, I'm gonna make sure our house is barricaded the day before and after, no trespassing! And for having one of those blow-up puppets in our garden they would need electricity... Ha! Got them there already.

I never had a birthday party - my mother used to ask me - cash or party. Am an introvert and socializing drains my energy unless I could dance like no one's watching - but I'll be 0%battery . I always chose cash or a privilege to go out and stay out with friends for days. I get you there ~
as for the prostate worry - oh too many "don'ts"
mag niet te veel zuiker, niet te veel zout, geen saturated fats (oh nee de boter gaat eraf :D), noten, avocado en olijf olie ipv dat - rode vlees - niet zo veel - tenminste 5x kleine fruit en groente eten - hahaha - geen smarty pants mag toch ? hahaha ..

Can imagine, giving the circumstances you describe, that for you a birthday party is out of the question.
