Give Me a Simple Housing and the Ability to Travel Easier.

Who wants to be tied down with 25 year mortgage on a family house to full-fill one's American Dream?

Good to have a family goal but to purchase and eventually own the house after paying off the monthly mortgage for 25 years seems like it is too burdensome to me.

I never bought or owned a house in my life. I am in my 50's and I do not foresee my self getting tied down for 25 years trying to pay off the mortgage.

I prefer paying monthly for 5 years of less to own RV trailer that is decent enough to live in with pretty much what a family house can offer me. Better yet, if one has the savings, pay cash for a new or used RV trailer.

I just pay monthly $375 a month includes WIFI, sewer hook up, electricity, and water. That takes care of everything one needs to live in the RV trailer.

No rental agreement to sign. No grass to mow. There is a swimming pool that I do not have to maintain.

Usually, most RV parks offer a public bathroom and shower which I use to save on my RV wear and tear.

One can switch from Monthly rental pay to Weekly if chose to with little more pay per month.

So, think about down-sizing to a simple (RV trailer) and if you like to travel like me, RV trailer is easier to take with you to your next destination.
I am itching to move on to my travel destination. Who knows I may meet you in one of the RV parks.
