Is slipping a problem?
It was quite warm so the snow was not frozen, but very soft and wet. That made it actually quite fun, because I could slide down the trail a bit 😃
I'm not really into sliding I have torn a hamstring doing it, just not used to it I guess.
Such a thing takes forever to heal... There is definitely a higher risk for that when sliding. I've been lucky so far and never hurt myself running.
