Back to Work!

Such a beautiful morning out there! Half the time the sheer misty, frosty beauty of the riverside was urging me on and half the time it was begging me to stop and breathe and take it all in. I ought to strap a camera on some part of me to be able to give you a better impression. It was amazing. Good old England!

And I was pleased with my pace. Having been out running on New Year's Eve with Mrs Davis cramping my style and showing off her power strides it was good to be back in the solitary mindset and just. keep. going.

Cold yes, but Santa was good to his word and brought me gloves and a fetching hat to wear while out, so I not only ran well I looked smokin' hot too :D

Decorations might come down tomorrow, and it may be Friday (who knows, really?) but today it feels like Christmas is over and it's time to get going again.
