Today I ran 12km at Harbor Walk after work. In recent days, the cold eased a little. Today I ran without gloves.
今日は仕事の後、ハーバーウォークで12km走りました。ここ数日、寒さが和らいでいます。今日は手袋なしで走りました。

After running, I ate take-out sushi of “Minato-sushi”, which is my favorite conveyer-belt sushi bar.
ランニングの後は、行きつけの回転寿司店「みなと寿司」のお持ち帰り用にぎりを食べました。
