Which sport is healthier ... running or cycling?

Sports are very important and needed by our body. Even though we are old, we still need exercise. The benefits of exercise for health are clearly very much and can be felt by everyone. It is undeniable that exercise is one of the lifestyles that everyone must do to be able to keep his body healthy and fit.

Exercise is a movement if the body has an effect on the body as a whole. Exercise helps stimulate the muscles and other body parts to move.

The importance of exercise for the body can be illustrated like a machine that is never used. Gradually, parts of the engine will be damaged because they are not trained to continue working. Likewise the body, if it lacks motion, the body will become problematic and unhealthy. By exercising, not only muscles are trained, blood circulation and oxygen in the body become smooth so that the body's metabolism becomes optimal. The body will feel fresh and the brain as a nerve center will work better. Exercising is also able to facilitate blood circulation and burn fat deposits in the body.

Well, choosing the type of exercise that must be in accordance with the age and type of disease that we suffer. For those who are obese and have problems with narrowing of the nerves in the spine, it is not recommended to run, but it's better to exercise a bicycle. Likewise for men who are working on sperm repair programs, you should not use bicycles for choices in exercise, because when pedaling a bicycle will make friction in the scrotum area which causes increased temperature in the groin area. This will reduce sperm quality.

That is my opinion about choosing the type of exercise to nourish the body.
