The prettiest green flower we’ve grown this winter! We’ve learned the secret to a perfect #romanesco is a cold winter. This broccoli was planted from seed in the fall directly in the greenhouse. We planted the same variety last spring outdoors and it bolted too fast in the summer heat before it could form a full head of Fibonacci curls. #tooprettytoeat #romanescobroccoli #share2steem
