While this was an insightful article, I don't see lack of trust being a problem here. Do you? Would this platform be better with some additional elements of trust?
By the way, that book sounds like a good one. I'll add it to my reading list.
Great question! With Steemit, I don't see that as being a problem at all! It is because of how Steemit has built their reputation system, and operates with transparency. Remember, I wrote that article in 2014, so it was meant to be a throwback and DEFINITELY not imply that Steemit lacks trust. If anything, I believe the exact opposite, and have written as such.
