Miniapps has the potential to revolutionize the way small businesses provide customer service
Miniapps is a AI chatbot startup currently in ICO state. The startup will provide a platform for chatbot developers and customers. It is a legitimate ICO that has been featured on multiple crypto related blogs and news sites. Its founder is Vitaly Gumirov, director of Eyeline Communications Inc.
The startup will make it easier for small businesses to provide customer service and decrease the costs. The official website of miniapps has some demo chatbots for show. The demo bots shares some insight on how this service can bring change to restaurants, fuel stations, emergency alerts etc. I came up with an example of how an emergency alert chatbot will work:
Suppose their is a fire in a house and the owner of the house wants to call the fire fighters. The fire fighter agency uses chatbots to get reports from locals. The house owner opens the bot and reports the incident. The bot asks some predefined questions to log information regarding the incident.
This is just one example but bots could be used in lots of other ways. The biggest benefit of Miniapps would be cheap price of bots. AI technologies are currently out of the reach of small businesses. Only big companies like Facebook, Twitter, Google etc are able to afford the costs. Miniapps will provide the API for AI technologies which will be utilized by developers to create bot templates. All bots created with Miniapps API will use AI tech from Miniapps.
