Hello everyone .
Let's change the mood from painting with coffee to prepare a Lemon Pie.

Ingredients :

Lemon curd:

-03 Lemons
-05 eggs ( 3 whole and 2 yellow)
-150gr of sugar
1 tablespoon of corn starch
1 tablespoon of butter

The Dough:

125 gr of butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1 egg
Flour
Vanilla extract

Duration: 2 hours
