MY HOMEMADE BEEF STEW!! ( 18 ORIGINAL PHOTOS)

Hi Steemit!

Today I made my homemade beef stew, with lots of delicious flavors and healthy vegetables. I'll show you step by step how I make it.

You need 1 medium onion chopped. 3 or 4 cloves of chopped garlic, 1/2 cup flour, worcestershire sauce, beef broth, olive oil, and salt and pepper.

First take your soup pot and put 3 tablespoons of olive oil in your pot. Let oil get hot then you saute your garlic.

Then you include your onions and saute till cooked through as shown.

Take your 1 1/2 pound of stewing beef and cut up into bite size pieces.

After you cut up your beef, take 1/2 of the flour and mix it in with beef till it's all coated with the flour. It's now ready to put it in with your saute onions and garlic.

Put in soup pot and saute all together till beef is lightly brown.

Then add 3 cups low sodium beef stock. Let simmer for about 20 minutes.

Take your vegetables. And cut them up in bite size pieces. I use potatoes, carrots, mushrooms and peas.


Start adding your vegetables, first your potatoes.

Then add your carrots in the pot, stir.

Add your mushrooms. And stir more.

Take the remaining amount of flour and pour the rest over vegetables in the pot. Stir until flour is mixed in well, makesure there's no lumps.

Add your frozen peas about 1 cup. Stir in to your stew until well mixed.

Then let it simmer for about 1 hour on low to medium heat until all vegetables are cooked through and tender.

This is your finished beef stew. It's ready. Let cool before you put it in your fridge in containers.

THIS IS THE RECIPE DETAILS:
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 1/2 pound stewing beef
4 medium potatoes, cut into bite size pieces
1 medium onion, chopped
3 or 4 cloves of garlic, chopped or minced
1/2 cup flour
3 carrots, chopped into bite size pieces
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1 cup frozen peas
3 cup beef stock
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper

Prepare by following my step by step directions. It will be delicious. Good luck

And your ready for dinner. Serve up with a dinner roll, garlic bread or cracker's. It's delicious
