Chicken fillet with pineapple and broccoli
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast fillets;
- 3-4 circles of canned pineapples;
- 400 g broccoli;
- vegetable oil;
- salt, black pepper - to taste.
Cooking
If canned pineapples are not at hand, you can take an orange or a sweet and sour sauce.
Cut the fillets into cubes and send them to fry in a greased griddle for 7–10 minutes.
At this time, dice pineapples and disassemble broccoli into florets.
Add all the ingredients to the fillet and fry for another 5-7 minutes.
If the dish seems to be insufficiently satisfying, in addition you can quickly cook spaghetti .
