Chicken Kungpao Recipe

Ingredients

  • A pair of chicken breasts, cut the box
  • 1 handful of fried cashew nut (I use peanut)
  • 1 spring onion, sliced ​​slices
  • 1/2 onion, cut the box
  • 1/2 red pepper, cut the box
  • 1/2 fruit green bell pepper, cut the box
  • 5 pieces of dried chili, sliced ​​iris
  • Marinate Seasonings:
  • 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp maize
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder
  • Additional sauce dressing:
  • 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 4 tbs water

Steps

  1. Prepare all ingredients. Enter the chicken fillet in marinade seasoning, stir well and let stand 15 minutes in the refrigerator.

  3. Heat oil, fry chicken until cooked, lift & set aside.

  4. Saute the garlic & onions until fragrant, add dried chilies & peppers, stir briefly, pour the sauce mixture, mix well until the sauce is boiling.

  5. Enter the chicken, stir well until the seasoning is absorbed, before it is raised enter the scallion & fried cashew nuts, stir back, try to taste when it is fit to turn off the fire, serve immediately.
