Sausage appetizer with tomatoes
Do not like to stand for a long time behind the stove? Do you want a quick but tasty snack? Then the recipe for this snack is the best way!
We will need:
• half a kilo of sausage;
• three tomatoes;
• a spoon of grated cheese;
• oil (take sunflower), fresh herbs.
Wash strong ripe tomatoes, each cut in half, salt.
Put the tomatoes in the heated oil, sprinkle with cheese, lightly fry.
Take sausage boiled, cut it into mugs, fry until it's tame. Only do not overcook.
Serve the appetizer to the table, laying the sausage on the dish, and spread the tomatoes around. Fill with oil, left after frying, sprinkle with herbs.
