How to make jelly inside home? A Easy Recipe

Many kinds of packet jelly are available to buy in market. But many of them made with harmful colour or ingredients. With some ingredients, jelly can be made in house, which can be used with various desserts or foods.

Ingredients

  • Water: 2 cups
  • Sugar: 3 teaspoons
  • China Grass: 6-7 sticks
  • Colors: Few drops

Steps

Step 1
Put all the ingredients in a pot and heat for 10 minutes.

Step 2
Now Keep refrigerated and make the liquid cold. Cut the jelly in desired shape before serve. Or add with your dessert.

    Mmmm... I like this recipie!

    Have not tried it yet, but I will do.
    I especially like the use of China Grass, as it is a alternative to the disgusting processed gelatin.
    I have allways tried to avoid jelly, because most store bought have gelatin in them, but now I will try to make some from home.
