Ingredients:

• Cabbage 500 g
• Minced meat 500 g
• Carrots 1 piece
• Onions 1 head
• Figure 1 glass
• Egg chicken 1 piece
• Sour cream 250 g
• Tomato paste 3 tablespoons
• Wheat flour 2 teaspoons
• Salt to taste
• Pepper black ground to taste

Preparation:

1. Pass through the meat grinder cabbage, carrots, onions, add minced meat, cooked until half-ready rice, egg, salt, spices, flour, mix well. Simmer large cutlets and put in a greased form.

2. Add the tomato paste, salt, pepper to the sour cream diluted (1 to 1) with warm water.

3. Pour the cabbage rolls with the resulting sauce and place in a preheated oven for 220 minutes for 25 minutes.
