Burrito in the glass jar

This dish can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to two days.

Ingredients for 1 serving:

• 1 tomato;
• 1 small green cabbage;
• 1 avocado;
• 1 clove of garlic;
• 1 slice of lemon;
• 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil;
• 100 g of canned beans;
• 60 g of low-fat cheese;
• 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt.
  
  

Preparation

Tomato scalded with boiling water, remove from it peel, cut into small pieces or chop the blender. cut cabbage and avocado into small pieces. Add garlic, lemon juice and vegetable oil to the tomato mass. Place the sauce in a glass jar with the bottom layer. Top with beans and cabbage, then grated cheese. The top layer is Greek yoghurt.
