Boiled shrimps with chilli and fish sauce.
Ingredients.
- 250 grams of shrimps.
- Fresh lime juice (about 1/2 lime or lemon).
- 2-3 chillies.
- 15mls of fish sauce.
- 5mls of olive oil.
- 5mls of honey.
- 1 tsp of pepper.
Step by step guides.
Step 1:
- Rinse well the shrimps and remove inedible portions, boil for about 3-5 minutes until the flesh is lightly pink, removes and drains it.
- Cool down and peeling off the shells and devein the shrimps, then put it into a deep plate.
Step 2:
- Prepare the dipping sauce: drain and rinse chillies, remove seeds and thinly slice into piecies.
- Into a bowl, add fish sauce, fresh lime juice, olive oil, honey, pepper, chilli and mix well until all of the ingredients blend together.
Step 3:
- Pour the dipping sauce into the shrimps, mix well and marinate for about 5-10 for soak up. And enjoy!
