Welcome @justinparke glad to see your first post here. That burger looks great. One thing I always hated about veggie burgers was that they had no taste. But the ingredients in this and from the looks of it, I can tell this ital veggie burger is a bit different. Gonna have to give this a try.

ย ย ย ย ย Give thanks ReggaeSteem.io and @dmilliz. Most veggie burgers I have had are hot messes that disintegrate when lightly touched. Take away the cumin and add some turmeric/thyme/pimento to Jamaicanify it.
ย ย ย ย ย This thing is firm, and even crunchy a bit on the outside. This remains one of the go-to dishes my carniverous brethren ask for when I cook for them. Gonna make an in-depth post about what Ital is according to I, and also hope to make some sort of "reasoning" posts in the future for ReggaeSteem.io
