Give thanks ReggaeSteem.io and @dmilliz. Most veggie burgers I have had are hot messes that disintegrate when lightly touched. Take away the cumin and add some turmeric/thyme/pimento to Jamaicanify it.

     This thing is firm, and even crunchy a bit on the outside. This remains one of the go-to dishes my carniverous brethren ask for when I cook for them.
