First Professional DC/Marvel Comics Artist Joins Steem(it)

Who Is Jack Purcell? Jack Purcell is a published comics inker, credited for 74 comics issues according to his ComicVine profile. Purcell is also a prolific trading cards artists, and recently published his first creator-owned graphic novel, Malice and Mistletoe.

While some of you may not be fans of comic, or graphic novels, you may be surprised that some of the best made for TV shows are actually based off graphic novels in recent years. Shows like Sons Of Anarchy, The Walking Dead, Tales From The Crypt and even Breaking Bad all derived to the small screen from graphic novels. So having one of the more recent comic book artists as a member of steemit is real exciting. It brings a whole new realm of (famous) people to the platform. And how many more will follow?

Qurator has been around for 80 days now and we are close to 400 members. Some new some old, all fellow Qurites who blog and work hard here on Steemit. We have been seeing some Qurites that has been approved in the early days of Qurator that are not posting the same level of quality as they did when they have been reviewed. We are working on the Q Police team to help keep our Qurites in check. If you are a quality Qurite you have nothing to worry about. You may have noticed that your upvotes from @qurator packed a little bigger punch! @gingerninja, @scrooger and @ethandsmith are now trailing the @qurator account and will be sending you some extra upvotes from our side as well. It's not much but every upvote counts!
