Our Christmas Tree Is Being Felled
The tree that falls in love every December with its colorful lights and garlands is being felled for the safety of passers-by, in the municipality of Antiguo Cuscatlan in the Department of La Libertad, El Salvador, Central America.
Earlier I described that in this beautiful municipality, the tree of Ceiba located in the park of the municipality, is properly lit to have a party atmosphere during that wonderful time as Christmas, but a few days ago it was announced that its roots they are damaged, and that it was necessary to cut it for safety, so as you see below the process is being done at this time
Oh how sad! The entire community will probably miss this tree! I can imagine the entire town or village coming together to see the lighting of this tree every year.

I have never been addicted to the substance, only to the escape from reality it provided... the clarity is astounding, if not for the emotional outbursts that accompany the comedown

A Thank You To A Ridiculously Generous Steemian- @nomad-magus
Yesterday afternoon, I was on my way to a movie, and I got a notification on Ginabot that genuinely left me speechless. I am one of 5 lucky people who each received a 600 SP delegation from a very generous Steemian, @nomad-magus. The delegation will last two months, and possibly longer if he finds that I used the delegation particularly well. He hadn’t even known me prior to this, so his sponsorship is especially selfless.
WHAT an awesome and unexpected gift @malloryblythe received this week from a fellow steemian! A delegtion to help spread joy and happiness across the steemit platform! She has two months to share this delegation with others... if you had been chosen, what would you do?

We will be sending out some comments with the Tier 0 upvote. We don't think many of the members are aware that it is really easy to move up to a higher tier by showing Qurator some support. Let's hope some of the older members can move up in tiers and we can make the whole community a bit stronger. =)

Tier Updates Finalized
Tier updates are out and finalized. You can check out the post HERE.
The short version is that Tier 1 and Tier 2 requirements have changed a bit. Please review them.
A separate account has been created and 30 000 SP has been delegated to it. @qurator-tier-1-2 will be upvoting Tier 1 and Tier 2 members.
A large amount of SP was undelegated from @qurator to accommodate for the new account, BUT the upvote weights have been adjust so they should balance out. Just have to see how the Voting Power holds up with the big change.

Steemauto Curation Trail
We suggest not following the trail with 100%, steemauto has 2 ways of following a trail, static or scaled. We suggest using SCALED instead of static since static votes can add up quickly and drain VP very fast. We suggest using scaled and then maybe around 25%.
Steemauto can show us who is currently on the trail and at what percentage. Looking forward to see more Qurites joining the trail in the near future! We also reward the team players and there might be a nice surprize for a lucky trailer. =P
