Carne Mista

We were invited to a dinner to celebrate our friend's birthday. As a second course we were offered meat with stewed vegetables.
The meat was served pork, small pieces, well cooked, soft and juicy. The vegetables were delicious, to my taste. I like Italian food. It is very tasty, cooked at a high level.
And always beautifully served, which is extra fun when you see a beautifully decorated dish. The dish is simple, but tasty and healthy. I hope you enjoyed it?

Oh!! How do we get a dinner invitation like this!

Ulog 8: Yummy Salted Egg Fried Chicken Rice

When you see the title, does it already scream at you? It's crazy how like cheese, salted egg is gaining such a huge hit and popularity, especially at this part of the region.
You've got salted egg fish skin, salted egg chips, salted egg fried calamari (OMG!!), salted egg bitter gourd (yums!), SALTED EGG EVERYTHING!!!

So @alimamasstory went to an Italian restaurant and ordered this meal? Why yes, yes she did. This small restaurant serves Italian food, but meals like this one that she ordered is catered to the Asian culture and palette too.

My Vegan Diary 1

Last post.. no, the post before last, I was talking about the Jeh Festival or Vegan Festival in Thailand. I explained a bit what / why / when / where so if you'd like to check it out, please do so!
We're still in the period of Vegan Fest! It's 10 days and we're pretty much in the middle of it. I have been eating tons of tons of food and oh my, really doesn't feel like I'm eating Vegan food at all, really! (I just lied!) but really, it's just soooo flavorful and so much meat

@waybeyondpadthai shares some awesome vegan dishes in this post and this one, called Yum pak kard dong, is exactly what?

So it's pretty much 'Spicy pickled lettuce salad. Taste pretty sour and spicy and a little bit of sweetness

All Kinds Of Fresh Seafood Meals

Have you ever had a rushing lunch busy day and still thinking about @tasteem to post, til you forgotten to take the front door pic, which led you no choice but to source out the the front door picture
It was a busy Tuesday with numerous back and forth meetings and appointments. This shop lands to meet up my partner for Lunch. It was my first time to this place and i had no idea what to order. However, after looking thru their menu, it was a place to eat Seafood , literally all kinds of seafood. They famous for their Fish Head and Fish Belly Soup with Vermicelli

With so many great dishes to pick from, which one did @veenang choose? He ended up ordering the Fish Slice and Fish Belly with Bittergourd and Tomato Soup. Looks as if he made a great choice!
