In the south of China, the culture of drinking tea plays a critical role in the local life. Therefore, the local people prefer to start a new day at the tea house, tasting Dim Sum served alongside Chinese tea and chatting with their family and friends.
Lin Heung Tea House is such a typical traditional tea house in Hongkong, without attentive service and luxury decoration, but always hustle and bustle

Cooking With Me: The Secret Box & Rambutan Soup
Today I will tell you an interesting story of mine. Yesterday when I was watching the world cup I heard the doorbell. Immediately, I got up and opened the door. When the door opened, I did not see anyone, only two boxes in front of the door sent to me. I looked around to see if I would see anyone. However, there is still no one. I brought the box. I went to get a knife and opened it. And surprisingly, the inside is a bunch of rambutans (it is called chôm chôm in Vietnamese). Red, sweet and fresh fruits look delicious!

This is the first time I cook rambutan soup and also the first time to eat this dish!
