JOYfuLicious Recipes: Cheesy Sweet Pepper Microgreens

Hello Steemians!

My imagination and experimentation in the kitchen begins the moment when the ingredients for the recipe that I’m suppose to make are not complete. I came up with this one last Sunday and decided to make another one to share it with you. This sweet pepper for snack or appetizer with purple radish Microgreens is so simple and easy to make. It only takes fifteen minutes to pan fry or grill, topped with grated cheddar cheese and final topping with microgreens just gave it more health benefits.

Course: Appetizer/ Snack
Prep Time: 5minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Total time: 15 minutes
Serving: 1-2 persons

INGREDIENTS:
3 sweet peppers
2 Hanful grated cheddar cheese
A handful of Microgreens

METHOD:

• cut the sweet peppers into halves and remove the seeds. Then wash and patdry.
• Heat the frying pan and spray or put a little bit of olive oil.
• Finally put the sweet peppers, sprinkle some salt and minced garlic each side to taste.
• Turn off the heat then sprinkle the cheese and microgreens.
• Serve and enjoy!
