Qurator's Photo Friday Competition #108 - Wild cats

DSC_#07.jpg

The photo was taken on a trip to Namibia. A young female leopard. On my 10 days trip driving around Namibia, our first stop and first night was spent here at Okonjima. At the Africat Foundation we had the oportunity to drive in small jeeps around the large area with wild cats. They run a rehabilitation programe for abandoned cubs and they aim at enabeling them to take care of them selves. As we drove around the large area we saw only this leopard, but quite an amount of cheetas.
