Hello steemian.
Today i would like to share with you some life-changing quotes By Osho and my personal opinion on them but first let's take a quick look at
Who was Osho?
As his biography says:
Never Born - Never Died - Only visited this planet Earth between December 11, 1931 and January 19, 1990.
Osho or simply Rajneesh, was an Indian thinker and leader of the Rajneesh movement.
During his lifetime he was viewed as a controversial mystic, guru, and spiritual teacher.
He resisted his parents' pressure to get married.
He studied philosophy at Jain College and after that he joined the University of Sagar, where in 1957 earned his M.A. in philosophy.
In 1960 he has been promoted as a professor of philosophy.
On 26 September 1970, he initiated his first group of disciples and since then he shared his vision of the world and his meditations technique with the world through his disciples.
He has been a part of many scandals which some say were only a distraction that the media invented for the people, so they would not listen to his teachings.
Osho advocated meditation for everyone, but his technique was revolutionary, beginning not with stillness and silence but with violent activity to release pent-up energy and emotions, leading to a state of calmness in which meditation can flourish.

In my personal opinion his life is not very important but his teachings are.
So i will stop here talking about his life and will start with what is important:

This quote is urging us to take responsibility for our own happiness and not rely on others.
Happiness is a word that people should use as a measure of their own well-being, yet we regularly mean how happy we are in our interactions with other people.

There can be many causes and practical reasons why we feel unable to change those circumstances, but we can improve our state of mind, starting with little things and building up to great big ones. Don’t look for God in the sky; Look within you own body.
The kingdom of God is within our body.
We are the sons of God and we already have everything, we just have to look deeper and will see that everything is there.
When you pray, you don't need to go to church so a preacher can read you the scriptures, because what the Christians or other religions will tell you about the scriptures is only their wrong interpretation and is only good to make you live in fear and give them money and power over you.
We are divine and we have the power within us to change our lives.
Any thoughts to the contrary are nothing more than programming.

Your whole idea about yourself is borrowed – borrowed from those who have no idea of who they are themselves.
The people that surround us influence our thoughts even if we are not aware of it.
If you are born in a Christian family you have big chances of becoming a Christian yourself because that is what you have been taught.
And to let go of your beliefs is not easy.
As it says in the book: The Perfection Deception
