The lives we lead are uniquely different from each other in every single way. We all take our internal & external worlds and process them the best we know how to do. The moment we are faced with adversity, we don't always know how to deal with it, and that can be humbling or possibly even troubling if you allow it to be.
The challenges we are bombarded with and encounter can be defining moments and only we truly know how they make us feel and what they do to our motivation, passion and ego. The second that someone wants to judge our situation, they step into uncharted territory. The act of judging somebody is a mission of futility. The judging is fear based programming creeping into your conscious sphere of reality. It diminishes you and your mental faculties to that of an unevolved being.
We humans are powerful beyond our imaginations, and judging others detracts from that sheer power. We never know what somebody else is going through or enduring, whether good or bad, and using our energies to judge is flat out ‘bad business’. Make all your energy worthy of yourself and all of those around you by being compassionate, supportive and upbeat, no matter the situation at hand.

Being judgmental is toxic, even if you've been in a situation you can't judge it from the perspective of others, were all different and feel and react differently.
