Keep your head in the game!

The loudest people are usually the ones with the laast amount of confidence and have the most issues. The ones that always need to be heard and are always grabbing at attention are the ones that need guidance the most. In the frontier of ‘me, me, me’, we have all these fools vying for the attention of the masses. This shows complete lack of confidence and is the complete opposite of what they're intending to show.

Building up your empire can happen without getting ‘loud’ and broadcasting it every chance you get. The confidence you have and the confidence you gain can be shown in what you do when you choose to share with the world. You aren’t simply yelling at everybody telling them to look at you, you are simply sharing your value and letting folks make the choice to check it out or not.

Silence is a powerful tool, many successes can be traced back to digging in, sorting out and launching your vision through confidence and pure passion. This does not need a blow horn blaring every minute to let people know how confident and capable you are, your work and your contributions to the world do that on their own.
