The MSM have tremendous power. Broadcasting to a population who believe they're thinking when they're actually being told what to think, the corporate media giants have far more power and control over peoples minds than any 'for profit' monopolies should do. Luckily Trump is changing that.
Look at this tweet. There's a mistake in there. 'Wendy' should be 'Debbie' Wasserman Schultz. The anti Trump masses enjoy feeling that this is the result of his stupidity or even senility. It is nothing of the sort. For those who've been watching closely this is typical of his style.
Inaccuracies mean the rabid attack dogs and moral witch hunters of the press lose their minds with indignation. They're unable to ignore something like this. Trump uses this to ensure a corrupt but very complicated matter, tying together the conduct of the Clinton Foundation and Debbie Wasserman Shultz in a way that is more comprehensible. Using 'mystery man' ensures all but the most politically apathetic will wonder about and perhaps look up the Awan brothers themselves.
The whole thing is damning for the Democrats. But the MSM will not say this. So Trump forces them to cover the story and they are unable to resist. And there's always the chance that 'Wendy' has a further meaning - a subtle wink to the internet research community - if you're following the Qanon drops...
