Close your eyes and imagine yourself in your mind that you spend a full day without your smartphone and your smartphone is not anywhere in your house, not at work, at home, not in friendly and family parties, in what way do you imagine yourself : Anxious or not worried? If you are supposed to tell you to live without your smartphone for a while, can you? How do you feel when you put your smartphone where you are?

If you can not tolerate your smartphone and it's hard and even impossible for you to live without this device, you also get caught up with Mobphobia.

What is Mobophobia???

Mobophobia is commonly seen on most smartphone users, and its symptoms can easily be said; if you do not have access to your smartphone, and you have anxiety, worry and turmoil, or if you look at your phone's screen regularly, there's no call, message, warning, and Do not miss anything new on your phone, and you've gotten your phone unlocked for hours and minutes, you've gotten this phobias. Symptoms of "Mobophobia" are also somewhat similar to addiction to smartphones.

Symptoms of this anxiety include respiratory changes, tremor, sweating, turbulence, confusion, and increased heart rate. Of course, Mobophobia's emotional symptoms include depression, panic, fear, dependency, low self confidence, and loneliness.

Who has "Mobophobia"?

The exact numbers of people who have been exposed to this phobias are unpublished, but one can easily estimate a lot of this fear and disease. It is enough to look carefully around ourselves to find out that many people around us are unaware of this problem. The most noteworthy thing about this phobias is that a normal person usually checks his phone around 110 times a day, while a person with Mobophobia performs it about 900 times a day, 95 percent of people have been busy sending messages or searching in the previous hours. The Internet, or one in four, does not keep silent while sleeping. Mobofobia is reported in men more than women.

Solution????

If you ask whether "Mobophobia" is treating? You have to say yes; but do not seek special medication for treatment, because it's a treat for your self. In order to cure and reduce this phobia, you need to increase your distance from your smartphone. You can have your smartphone in a certain time and leave the rest of the clock to someone to keep it with you and not give you. Instead of wandering around on the social network, you can go on a trip or go with your real friends.

Buy a camera and take the excuse of taking the smartphone to record memories. You can also play flat games or IOS games with your friends instead of on-the-go games and read the books instead of constantly checking out the messages and posts of others on social networks.
