Steemit Changes Negative Perception Against Social Media

Steemit Merubah Persepsi Negatif Terhadap Media Sosial

Setelah 6 bulan aktif di platform steemit sejak bergabung pada oktober 2017 lalu, banyak hal positif yang saya dapatkan dari platform berbasis blokchain ini. Bahkan steemit telah merubah persepsi saya terhadap media sosial yang sebelumnya negatif menjadi positif.

After 6 months active on the steemit platform since joining in October 2017, many positive things that I get from this blockchain-based platform. Even steemit has changed my perception of negative social media into positive ones.

Sebelum mengenal platform steemit dari sahabat @ilyasismail, saya telah memiliki akun media sosial pada platform facebook dan memiliki banyak pengikut. Hampir setiap hari saya selalu memposting berbagai status dan mengupload berbagai photo kegiatan kerja dan sosial pada dindingnya, dari setiap status dan photo yang saya upload selalu mendapatkan balasan komentar, tanggapan dan like dari pengguna facebook lainnya. Atas reaksi ini tentunya saya hanya mendapatkan perasaan senang dan bahagia karena status dan photo saya banyak disukai oleh orang lain.

Before getting to know the steemit platform from friends @ilyasismail, I already have a social media account on the facebook platform and have a lot of followers. Almost every day I always post various statuses and upload various work and social photos on the wall, from every status and photo I upload always get reply comments, responses and likes from other facebook users. On this reaction of course I just get happy and happy feeling because my status and photo much liked by others.

Namun, sejak 3 tahun terakhir saya telah menghentikan aktifitas memposting status dan upload photo kerja atau kegiatan sosial lainnya pada dinding facebook. Hal ini saya lakukan bukan karena membenci facebook, tapi saya hilang simpati pada media sosial ini karena telah digunakan oleh banyak fesbuker sebagai media penyebar fitnah dan membuka aib orang lain atau hoax. Sehingga sejak saat itu saya menilai media sosial adalah sarana yang merugikan banyak orang dan selama itu saya hanya mengikuti perkembangan facebook tanpa meninggalkan komentar apapun.

However, since the last 3 years I have stopped the activity of posting status and upload photo work or other social activities on facebook wall. This I do not because I hate facebook, but I lost sympathy on this social media because it has been used by many fesbuker as a media spreader slander and open the shame of others or hoax. So since then I rate social media is a means that harm many people and during that I just follow the development of facebook without leaving any comments.

Sampai pada Oktober 2017, sahabat saya sekaligus abang saya @ilyasismail memperkenalkan platform steemit sebagai media sosial berbasis blockchain yang memberikan reward kepada penggunanya dari persentase suara yang diberikan oleh pengguna lainnya. Atas penjelasan manfaat dan keunggulan platform steemit dibandingkan media sosial lainnya seperti facebook, twitter, whatsapp, instagram dan lainnya, akhirnya saya menerima kehadiran steemit dan langsung mendaftarkan diri dengan akun @bahtiarlangsa yang saat ini sudah memiliki peringkat 51.

Until October 2017, my best friend and my brother @ilyasismail introduced the steemit platform as a blockchain-based social media that rewards users of the percentage of votes given by other users. On explanation of benefits and advantages steemit platform compared to other social media such as facebook, twitter, whatsapp, instagram and others, I finally accept the presence of steemit and directly register with the account @bahtiarlangsa which currently has a rating of 51.

Postingan pertama yang saya lakukan pada platform luar biasa ini adalah pengenalan diri kepada pengguna steemit lainnya (steemian), selanjutnya diikuti oleh berbagai postingan lainnya. Seiring berjalannya waktu, untuk mengundang para steemian datang ke blok saya dan memberikan suara yang pantas untuk reward yang layak, hampir setiap hari saya terus berusaha mencari ide dan mengembangkan kreatifitas diri untuk menulis artikel positif dan bermanfaat di steemit.

The first post I did on this incredible platform was the introduction of self to other steemit users (steemian), followed by other posts. Over time, to invite the steemans to come to my block and vote appropriately for the proper rewards, almost every day I keep trying to figure out and develop my self-creativity to write positive and useful articles in steemit. read here

Dan masih banyak postingan saya lainnya yang mendapatkan reward besar di steemit. Ini semua tentunya tidak terlepas dari dukungan kurator indonesia @levycore dan @aiqabrago serta kurator game @jodipamungkas. Juga para leader yang mau datang dan meninggalkan sedikit catatan penting demi kemajuan steemit saya, seperti : @ayijufridar, @zainalbakri, @abduhawab, @mariska.lubis, @ilyasismail, dan para leader lainnya.

And still many other posts I get a big reward in steemit. This of course can not be separated from the support of indonesian curators @levycore and @aiqabrago and game curator @jodipamungkas. Also leaders who want to come and leave a few important notes for my steemit progress, such as: @ayijufridar, @zainalbakri, @abduhawab, @mariska.lubis, @ilyasismail, and other leaders.

Kini dengan kreatifitas yang ada dan usaha positif dari steemit, maka persepsi saya terhadap media sosial yang sebelumnya negatif telah berubah menjadi positif dan kreatif.

Now with the existing creativity and positive effort of steemit, my perception of negative social media has turned positive and creative.
