Good Morning, I’m @raymondbruce the founder of steemit_extention and the co-founder of the offline minnow school.

Steemit_extention is a project setup for the purpose of promoting steemit on facebook and depopulating the kingdom of facebook.

The offline minnow school is a project organized to assist and mentor minnows on steemit, through an offline and online class for minnows and promote steemit by organizing campaigns and meetups, currently we have produced over 100 minnows and mentoring about 30 of them.

Above everything, I am keen to see Minnows thrive on steemit. Having so much to do but being limited is a great pain. For this cause, I stay awake, I work hard and I don't see myself giving up on you reading this post right now.

There's no other reason for this kind of drive other than the fact that, there's a change I have perceived that steemit could bring and only Individuals who hold on long enough would reap the benefits of the steemit community.

I have come to realize that it's impossible to make people stay except they want to. The most powerful tool I use is "inspiration". I try to inspire you to see beyond what you are currently experiencing. However, inspiration wouldn't work if motivation isn't strong enough. So, a question I would like you to ask you is:-

why am I here?

Why are you here? If I may ask. If you don't have an answer to that, step back provide an answer to it before you proceed. Here are a few answers I could suggest as a result of my very own notification :

Nigeria is not a productive nation. Because of the current fall in oil price, it has lead to increment in price in 98% of our commodities and there by causing resection in the economy which has in turn increased the crime rate in the nation and also increased the rate of unemployment. Popular saying an idle man is the devil's workshop, because of the scarcity of job in the nation youth tends to do what they find easy to survive.
Most of these youths are people with vision, people with ideas but because of the scarce means to implement their ideas they tend to let go of it and get a job, on seeking a job, no firm is willing to employ them because no funds to pay much workers( the aim of every firm is to make profit) and a rational business man won't risk it.

Steemit has given us the opportunity to earn from blogging, to earn from what we know. So steemit in Nigeria can reduce the crime rate and also increase our export earning.

HOW?
We don't earn much from export because we are not a producing nation, we totally depend on oil. With steemit providing the means required to a talented Nigerian steemian ,he will be able to use it for his project and has such not waiting for the miracle that may never come, with the earning from steemit he/she can start producing which in turn will help the Nigeria economy and also reduce the crime rate over in Nigeria.

if we all stay and make this vision work, we all succeed!

Stay put and hold on. You made facebook work for several years and its investors don't care enough to extend their dividends to you. This is for you! Steemit is not made for a group of people, it's made for everybody.
