WHAT HAPPENS BETWEEN STEEMIANS AND PROMO-STEEM
Complaints For the sake of continuing complaints from Steemians who made Post #promo-steem, they did not get support or upvote from @steem-ambassador which has been approved in their own country, the country's own curators do not vote on their posts either post #promo- steem And another post.
Is the Ambassador already Approved in Indonesia only voting to their own community, ?have the Ambassadors already Approved performed their obligations ,???
Or Indonesia still lacking @steem-ambassador.???
Or You Post is Not qualified .???
I myself can not give an answer of all that, because I am currently not an Ambassador ( Yes, I've Made Ambassador Application but Not Confirmed yet ) And post I'm still foreign in the eyes of Ambassadors in Indonesia Only 1 Ambassador Always provide me support And vote on post #promo-steem I Create.
But I will try to find an answer for all that,!
I can only suggest doing what is beneficial for your community, community, friends and family.

And Remember One thing that is very embarrassing if you have to lick to get upvote from the whales. Indeed at #steemit we do post to expect upvote in order to do reward, but must by licking ..? I don't think so .
And to the ambassadors who have been approved by the main @steem-ambassador do not choose selective roots in voting on a #promo-steem post because it would be very detrimental to the steemians who really make an interesting post, if you only choose posts from your close relatives you better make a community of relatives. Do not act on the community of Indonesia or the Aceh community.

I was not aware that people are complaining. To answer a few questions, let me be clear that our account automatically issues an upvote when it meets a post with a threshold of Steem Ambassadors that have curated it (upvoted).
So with that in mind, if there is a problem with curating Indonesian posts, perhaps because of language barriers, then clearly the way to deal with it is to have more Steem Ambassadors.
Now, I appreciate that we have had to slow things down, because we were so busy launching CAMPUS and then organising the London Cryptocurrency show. I can tell you that it is our plan to roll out new Ambassadors very soon to meet demand. So here's what I suggest. Interested parties who want to be Steem Ambassadors, just apply, but make sure you read the community guidelines in full (see here)
I will be incorporating a new and simpler way of applying for Ambassador status, and this will make it easier for us to administrate.
For authors. One of the most important things you can do is read the community guidelines (see here).
Please realise firstly that #promo-steem activities should be actual activities. We want to reward high quality work, which includes examples and evidence of something you have done to improve the visibility of the STEEM blockchain.
Do not think that getting a @steem-ambassador upvote is something you are entitled to for posting to the tag. The whole purpose of electing Steem Ambassadors is to make sure that there is a concensus on high quality #promo-steem work. Low quality posts are unlikely to be upvoted by Steem Ambassadors, and therefore will not get a guild upvote.
Finally, let me encourage you. This is very early days yet. There is so much more to come. Use your creativity to set up brilliant Steem activities. Be magnificent, have fun, dream big. We are on the verge of something HUGE here. And you are part of it.

I would also like to add that this may be due to the behaviour of ambassadors. We will be holding a briefing with our steem ambassadors in teh very near future so that all are on the same page. we also issue blogs about how much our ambassadors upvote. we expect 35 per week from them on teh promo steem tag. it may be that they are not meeting this quota yet, as i is still very early in the life of the programme. I would like to note that many of the ambassadors are already from Indonesia and that you should not have a problem getting votes. We will get stats on the behavior of ambassadors and report back to the community. I anticipate that this is where the problem is, and it will be corrected going forwards if it is the problem. thanks for the blog! Please keep doing your best to keep us accountable to you!
I agree to @anarcotech, we have read so many posts on promo steem tag and most of them were just a tag. We always discuss about the content of promo steem in Indoenesian WhatsUp Grup and we shared some promo steem posts everyday into the WAG. I think we must make steemians sure about our rules. I will inform some communities in Indonesia sincerely about the rules of promo steem. Trust us and we will work hard for the promo steem project.

@bahagia-arbi I really believe with all @steem-ambassador indonesia, as @starkerz answer this project is new, maybe not all steemian understand this rule. but I'm sure thanks to all of you @steem-ambassador sooner or later the steemian will understand every detail of the promo-steem rules.

I agree with @starkerz and @anarkotech ,, maybe some of the promoters have not understood how that goes into category #promo-steem, instead of just using Tags they get Upvote from @steem-ambassador. but every promoter must work hard to prove their promo to the public.
