Massive Massive Promo Day 2 at Kyambogo University. Great reception...with Photos

Have you ever felt the kind of happiness of accomplishing a day's task in any endeavour before?
Have you ever felt like to accomplished your day's tasks of the day?

If you answered yes to any of the above messages,then you will understand what i am going to write about in this post.

This day 19/04/2018 will go down in my history books as one of the greatest day's in all promo activities I have ever had!

Damn it was a great day as we had fun and enjoyed the whole promo activities in our second day in Kyambogo University.

It was one of those days where the memories are stored permanently for eternity hahaha!

As you might not be aware, the Ugandan Steemit team recieved a donation of 37 SBD from @achimmertems a German Steemian.This money has helped and stop helping us in our promo activities here in Uganda.You can read more of the agreement we(team Uganda) made with @achimmertems in this post here.You can also check the story i wrote when we received the money in this post

Kyambogo University Promo tour

We started the tour at the university two days ago and at first the reception was not cool as students are doing their end of semester examinations.We really faced a few challenges as it was our first day promoting at the university.

You can check out more of our first promo in Kyambogo by reading this post where I detailed some of the challenges.We were obviously clad in our new awesome Steemit T.shirts.

I guess we had kinda harsh(not really that harsh anyway) reception in the first day because we were new in the community.It's so fascinating that we met up with guys today who said we had spread talked to them the previous day and some were happy to see us back and we helped them create accounts.

I have to admit this article has been written late,it's already in the wee hours of 20/04/2018 here.Nevertheless I had to give you guys an update on our promo activities at the university.

I also suspect why we didn't receive a comfortable reception the first day is because we reached at the university late in the evening,so yesterday we came in early at 11am.

Kyambogo University Day 2

As I stated earlier in this post,this has give down so far as one of my best days in promoting Steemit in Uganda.We had many people being very receptive to us and giving us maximum attention and some even signed up in our presence.We also met guys who are well versed with crypto

You do not know the happiness a Steemit promoter feels when they meet a person who understands crypto! The work of explaining in leasened,in fact no explaining is needed at all.

We just tell them,this is crypto and they sign up.To my surprise,these guys who are well versed with crypto even help us explain it to their friends(now that's happiness to a Steemit promoter!)You cannot understand how unless you have ever promoter Steemit in a country where majority of Folks don't know anything about crypto!

We moved to different faculties explaining Steemit and giving out our flyers to all who could care to read and listen.We were happy as a few folks asked us to explain more unlike the first day where folks could even return to us our flyers!!!(now that feels bad right?)

As i had said earlier,these guys are sitting for their end of semester examinations and we had little time with them,but i promise you the 2 mins they promise always turn out to be 30 mins which end up by them creating accounts! We do this by craeating WiFi hotspots with our phones(we don't entertain excuses of people saying the university WiFi is slow!!)

As you all know,a true Steemian must have an internet connection 24/7 hehehe unless you are just an average Steemian.The Uganda promo team has internet connection throughout so that we can be updated on what's happening in the crypto world.

There was a time in our promo activities when the Steemit website was backdated to 14 days ago! When we logged in to our blogs,we could only see the latest posts appearing to have been written 14 days ago!!! We had to look for other Steemit related websites like Steemitsatage and busy! I said we are always ready for any small hiccups .

• Transport to KYU 1500*4=6000
• From KYU 1500*4=6000
  Total= 6000 + 6000= 12000(3.24 USD)
• Lunch 5 people= 27000(7.29 USD)
  Total spent=39000(10.53 USD)

Balance from yesterday 18/04/2018 =107500
Total balance now 107500- 39000=685000
