Suggested Benefits from #Promo-Steem to SmartCash (SMART) & - Potential Sinergy between #SmartCash and #Promo-Steem (Part 2)
Hi Steem-Ambassadors and @Smartcash,
Following my previous post about the Value of SmartCash (SMART) & Potential Sinergy between #SmartCash and #Promo-Steem were I explained some of the great features and initiatives about SmartCash to introduce the potential sinery with #promo-steem, I will continue with part 2:
How Smart Rewards will be distributed throughout the Promo Steem community and how do both coins (SmartCash and Steem) benefit from this?

My idea is that we generate a proposal for SmartHive all together (Steem Ambassadors and Promoters). On post 1 of this series, on part 1 (click here) I explained how to present this proposal and there is a link with an example of how to present it.
We need to think about the following:
1- Amount of SmartCash we are looking for: We can think of a reasonable amount to distribute in a determined period of time for instance a month. If it works well for both #promo-steem and #smartcash , I am sure we can submit future proposals later.
2- Timeline: How are we going to use the funds. Within the month
3- Proposal Goal: We need to explain the goal(s) we are going to achieve
4- Who we are? What do we bring to the table? Our credentials and why we qualify for the SmartHive funding
5- Deliverables. Job Description of the Proposal. Lets enumerate it. What are we going to do. How much does it cost and why?
6- Our current/past SmartCash experience: Smartcash Resume.

Once we apply for the funds and we are voted by the community, and hopefully we get the funds, here is an example of how #promo-steem can distribute the funds:

Suggested: Reward Structure for #promo-steem Promoters and Steem Ambassadors:
450 SMART for Promo-Steem Activity, Idea, Solution or Banner of the month (created by promoters, graphic designers, or steem ambassadors, or any person that creates something great)
30 SMART per post up to 4 articles per week (were people promote steem, steemit)
300 SMART for best post of the week
70 SMART for Team Promo-Steem Most Valuable Player of the week
20% of all the smart on the fund will be used to tip with SMART new users on the #introducemyself tag that show a good plan of action of what they are going to do on the Steem Blockchain. This means, if a person applies to be rewarded the best activity of the month, he will receive 450 SMART from the #promo-steem fund minus 90 SMART (that 20% will be used by the @steem-ambassador to send to 18 new users, 5 SMART each to share the word about @smartbot on Smartcash).
Possible Addition/Reminder: Rewards payouts will only be made for original content. People can also translate other's posts into another language, with permission from the creator of that post.

It would be great if we all think about the best possible reward structure. This is just an idea that came into my mind.
Something important about this, is how we will also benefit SmartCash with this activities.

I was thinking that one of the great advantages for SmartCash if the #promo-steem team does this is that since #promo-steem is a very important project on the Steem Blockchain with over 34 Steem Ambassadors, we already have a huge network of followers and promoters, and if we as @steem-ambassador s and promoters can promote the use of SmartCash widely on the Steem Blockchain.
So, what if we propose the following to SmartCash on this first round of funds:
In addition to allocating 20% of all the SMART of the #promo-steem to be used to tip with SMART new users on the #introducemyself tag that show a good plan of action of what they are going to do on the Steem Blockchain. Together with the tip, we can briefly explain what is SmartCash and send a link to their @smartcash account or SmartCash website.
1- Each of the Steem Ambassadors can do a post on Smartcash once a week
2- Another idea is Steem Ambassadors and Promoters can add special messages at the end of all posts they make, mentioning a feature about SmartCash, and a link to read more on each of the official page of SmartCash.
What are your thoughts and ideas Steem Ambassadors and Promoters?
It would be great if we all think about ideas to benefit SmartCash, so we prepare the best possible proposal that will benefit both Steem (#Promo-Steem) and SmartCash. This are just some ideas that came into my mind.

This is very interesting!! I am conscious about watering down the promo steem message with something else like smart cash.

It is a great idea from you, and sure @anarcotech will be able to apply this auto voting, after the comment or upvote count to posts, just as the @steem-ambassador upvotes, but in this case, the @steem-ambassador will also allocate SMART funds.
You mean the #promo-steem community, right?
And if they like this idea and agree, we need to submit the proposal to SmartHive and the SmartCash community needs to agree. We need to get more likes than downlikes, and if we do after the 2 week period, the requested funds from SmartHive are allocated.
Yes I agree. But instead of moving away, we can add it to the mix. While we promote Steem, we can also promote SmartCash, while they help us with funds to reward Steem Ambassadors and Promoters, and to spread the word on SmartCash too. That is why I came up with this whole idea, but I am thinking in a loud voice here, for you and @anarcotech and the Steem Ambassadors to check it out, and give your own feedback as you did, and we can all together create the best possible proposal, that does not move as away from Steem or promoting Steem, but gives as more power to promote it more, and at the same time we spread the word on SmartCash which is a community driven project too!
This is also a great idea, and I think @lukestokes can and will help a lot in this!

Yes, I want to continue finding new ways to empower the #promo-steem community and @steem-ambassador guild, to also help make the world a better place for many people on third world countries. There is a lot that can be done, and I believe puting ideas like this, with the huge/smart team that is within the #promo-steem can create amazing results.

@gold84 is this not a duplicate of team smartcash here on steemit?
The smartcash rewards are the same the platform the same. Why reinvent the wheel? If you like the #smartcash model here on Steemit, I would suggest you and all memebers of your team join the us like anyone else on steemit. Its never healthy to have cliques within groups. Joining the smartcash team on steemit will not stop you from being part of #promo-steem.
There does not appear to me to be any unique value being added here that warrants a group being created
