Welcome to the-future! Being healthy is number one priority!

Health is one of the greatest desires of man and he will do everything to reach it, but concerns, needs and stress prevents people to be that way. Here are few things that it might make some great changes in your life (I think you will say that you already know it, but did you put them in practice everyday?)

You have to be focused on present!

Present is the only thing you have, so don't spend a lot of time 'traveling' in the past and neither thinking to much about 'me' sorry I mean the-future. Focus only on the present because it's the only sure thing. Get out and let nature guide you to a state of peace or listen meditation music or any kind of music you like, and all this will help you relax and receive joyfully all things in your life.

Feed your body properly!

The body needs a healthy diet to shine from within. I don't want to stick to much on this subject because I already made a post that you can read here:  Eating healthy is a long term investment! 

I might forgot to say that was my opinion and my choice what to eat, and that is the way I saw the changes during the time I ate only vegetarian. I respect everyone decision about what they chose to eat, how long they feel and are healthy people.

Exercise everyday!

Not only eating healthy is good for you, but also movement. Exercise releases your mind and spirit, in addition, the entire body has to gain from the movement. You can do jogging, swimming, dancing, gymnastics ,yoga. If you make more movement, so your body will be stronger and healthier. 

You can start with small steps, even walking can be conducive to health.

You should laugh more!

Everywhere you hear that laughter is the best medicine. But, what laughter can provide you?

  • laughter gives you a good feeling
  • laughter brings people together
  • laughter reduces stress
  • laughter can turn the darkest day in a charming one

Do what you love!

'Do what you love to do and give it your very best. Whether it's business or baseball, or the theater, or any field. If you don't love what you're doing and you can't give it your best, get out of it. Life is too short. You'll be an old man before you know it.' - Al Lopez

Forget what people say and what others think and just do what makes you happy. You can write, sing, deal with gardening, cooking, dancing, etc. Any kind of those activities it povides you a good feeling, calms and fulfills you're body with health.

These things are definitely important, though sometimes hard to stick with. The more caught up you get in the stress of daily life, the less time and effort you can spend on healthy food and getting out to exercise. It's like a downwards spiral.
