Weeklyfoodcontest - How to make Tasty and Spicy Chilli Pakode at home

Hello steemians , Myself Somya Singh and how are you all during corona pandemic .

Today i made chilli pakode and i also want to share the recipe of Chilli pakode.

This is an indian dish which is very tasty and spicy.

So let's start to make Chilli Pakode.

Step 1

(Prepared Potatoes)

Ingredients --

  1. Potato - 4
  2. Oil -- 1 tsp
  3. Cumin seeds and Coriander powder 1/2 tsp each
  4. Turmeric Power 1/2 tsp
  5. Chilli and Salt Powder according to taste

At First take a cooker and add water in it and put potatoes in it when the potatoes are boiled peel it.

Take a clean pan put on the gas Put Oil 1 tsp and heat a pan with oil in medium flame, when the Oil is heat we add cumin powder , Coriander powder, Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp One by One and fry them lightly Chill Powder 1/2 tsp and then add Potatoes And then add 1 tsp Salt Powder And the mix well.

Step --2

(Prepared Gram Flour Paste)

Ingredients..

  1. Gram Flour --. 250 gram
  2. Cumin seeds -- 1 tsp
  3. Red Chilli and Salt Powder According to taste
  4. Water -- 1/2 Glass

Take a clean bowl, Pour 250 gm gram flour, 1/2 tsp Cumin, 1/2 tsp each Red Chilli and Salt powder in the bowl One by One.

And then add water such that it does not become too thin.

After that cut the chilli from middle and fill that stuffing which is made from potatoes one by one .
And then put that filled Chilli in the prepared Gram Flour bowl one by one and put it for 2 minutes.

And then take a pan and add Oil in it and put pan on gas when the oil is being heat put that chilli that which mix with gram flour in the Oil and in the medium gas and keep it Stirring it.

And when the chilli are being brown put out from the pan.

I do add "dry mango powder" in potato stuffing and that enhances the taste.
