Human Design #34 - Emotional Relationship with Food.

Lunch Time!

So I baked bread for lunch. Remember the Flaxseed Bread I was talking in my previous bread post? It looks like a cake but whatever. The preparation is simple and it suits those who are detoxing from sugar.

Anyway, this is our lunch for today (Joe and I). To be honest, two slices per meal are more than enough. Thanks to Dr. Tay Ju Lee and IshKiia Paige (from WildFit team) for the recipe.

My body is adjusting to the changes. 8 days no refined sugar and I begin to feel good, mentally... LOL! I'm still processing my emotional relationship with food and my past.

There are old memories that I never recalled before it's begin to emerge vividly. And I'm going to let those memories reorganised itself into realisation when the timing is right. Right now, it's all confusing, crashing and melancholic. Let's see what happen next because I'm taking out rice from the diet too!

Looks very tasty) I love bread, but I try not to eat it. Weight is gaining too fast ((((

@amalinavia, flaxseed bread does not use flour. Therefore, it doesn't affect weight. And this week I lose another kg :)

@thereikiforest, Wildfit is unusual diet program which help us to reset our 6 types of hungers. What I love about WildFit is, it does everything gradually. You can check out their website via Google. If you need personal coach for that, I would love to recommend one for you too :)

It's funny almost, but not quite. I have lots of good for me food, but it's the sweets and junk I crave. I am feeling sad and I want that ice cream. Then i remember my grandmother taking me to the local Dairy Queen for ice cream to tell me bad news. I guess the conditioning was strong.

Wow, that's a great awareness, I hope you have heal from that memory my dear.
