In the reflection and side of the photo is Batman (Toy from McDonalds Happy Meal).
Batman portrait drawing is by Alé Garza.
That frame is from a dollar store.
If you look super close up enough at the reflections in the glass, you should be able to see some more Batman heads and logos as featured in this photo.
