It was a normal trekking day to one of the nearby hills. Far away, i see this inoccent little boy and i tell him "Come here little boy, i will take your picture".
And he gives me this pose.
Looks like this little boy has got swag that i will never have.

Yeah i have some. I saw an australian woman and a man on the trek to langtang valley here and all i was remembering was you. LOL.

This would be a different story. It means you were lucky, you could have got bullied by vicious kids armed with lollipops. 😂

Yes he was. He might have been suspicious of me all the time.
But the way the picture came out, i felt i should be the one to be afraid of him.

He is a child rightly skeptical of a stranger taking his photo – just as mama would have taught him. 😎 Great capture and terrific portrait.
I am feeling that i got him totally wrong(i kind of felt he was cool) but he might have been skeptical of me that whole time. Haha
Well, no offense, but I would hope he has been taught to be skeptical of strangers – especially strangers who want to photograph him. I taught my son to be skeptical of strangers and to never agree to any adult request without permission from me or his dad, or the adult/adults in whose care we’ve trusted him. Sadly, it is a bad old world, after all.
I love those deeply real pictures too, but make it a personal policy to never photograph kids who are not accompanied by their parents, and to ask those parents if it’s okay to get a picture of their kids. I know photographers who were not as circumspect and found themselves dealing with suspicious and/or irate parents. These days, people are really touchy about it.
Children here love having their photo taken. Well, i love playing with kids.
But i will surely consider what you said the next time. Thank you for the wise words.

Kidding aside and no offense meant, maybe you need to reconsider very identifiable persons especially children stranger to you before posting their photo on the internet without their parents' permission.
You captured a great photo there, though. Very good blurring of the background. I guess the boy ducked to the side thus he is not at the center.
