Trump, You're right. Panmunjom is the best place for North-Korea USA summit.

Trump supposed Panmunjum as a place for North-Korea USA summit by his tweet this Monday.

"Numerous countries are being considered for the MEETING, but would Peace House/Freedom House, on the Border of North & South Korea, be a more Representative, Important and Lasting site than a third party country? Just asking!" - @realDonaldTrump

Later Trump told his detailed opinion about the talks.
“We’re looking at various countries, including Singapore, and we are also talking about the possibility of the DMZ,” he told reporters in the White House rose garden.
“And there’s something that I thought was intriguing. I think that some people maybe don’t like the look of that and some people like it very much. I threw it out today as idea ... There’s something that I like about it because you’re there, you’re actually there, where if things work out, there’s a great celebration to be had on the site, not in a third-party country.”

I and most Korean people entirely agree with his opinion.
I think Panmunjom would be the best place for this historical meeting.

History of Panmunjom
During Korean War, the first truce talks had been held in Gae-sung, North-Korea.
A few protests happened around the meeting area.
The meeting site was moved to Panmunjom for neutrality and safety.
Panmunjom is located away from 62km northwest of Seoul and 215km south of P’yungyang. Officially it's called as JSA(Joint Security Area) and is a special area that is out of an administrative control of South and North Korea.
After the war, all the people in this village had to move to other places. And the town got devastated.

This place has always been strained since the trace. Civilians can't enter the place.

North Korea army murdered two USA officers in 1976, called as Axe Murder Incident. An N.K soldier fled to South Korea through the Joint Security Area 6 months ago. He was shot by his comrades during his escape, nearly dead. He was brought to safety by South Korean and U.S. soldiers and underwent emergency surgery.

Panmunjom maximizes the positive effects historically and symbolically.
The chance of the summit in Panmunjom is high thanks to Trump. He's such an attention seeker who knows well the value of Panmunjom.

The North-Korea summit was progressed as per Korean public servants' good ideas.
